Recently, the COVID-19 pandemic has had complicated and unpredictable developments around the country, including Tra Vinh, Quang Tri, and Ha Giang provinces. The situation has had negative impacts on people’s lives, especially those in quarantine areas. Faced with this situation, in December, CARE supports cash packages worth VND 1 million – 2 million to about 450 households in the 3 provinces. With CARE support, people could afford necessities and recover their livelihoods.

The project is implemented in Vietnam from 2017 to December 2021.
