The Center for Sustainable Development of Mountainous Communities (SUDECOM), based in Yen Bai province, is a local organization operating mainly in the area of agriculture and rural development and enhancing communities’ ability of poverty reduction.

SUDECOM is a member of NorthNet that is a key participant in the EU-funded project Increasing ethnic minority women’s access to information for improved governance and development.
