From 15 October to 30 November 2018, anyone who is a female worker in garment factories can participate in the survey at www.khaosatcongnhan.tk. Each week, the organizer will select 10 early and full respondents to give gifts. This is a joint effort of the Fair Grants Fund (FWF), CARE International in Vietnam (CARE) and the Center for Development and Integration (CDI). Through this survey, the organizer hope to bring voices and concerns of workers to policymakers, factory managers and the whole society in general. Participants will not leave their names or addresses. At the end of the survey, ideas will be synthesized to propose branches and factories by the organizer in order to create a better working environment for employees.
