Committee on Ethnic Minority Affairs (CEMA) is a ministry-level government agency which oversees work with ethnic minority communities across the Vietnam. CARE works closely with CEMA in the project Partnership for Ethnic Minorities’ Equitable and Inclusive Development. Also in this project, CARE works with provincial Department on Ethnic Minority Affairs of Ha Giang, Hoa Binh, Quang Tri, Tra Vinh and Kon Tum provinces.
