The research mostly focused on micro and small enterprises’ (MSE) business operations and management practices, their digital technology access and use in business
development as well as their shock resilience and post-shock growth aspirations. These findings will be used to:
■ inform MSE’s capacity-building programs;
■ promote their effective business practices; and
■ support their shock resilience and inspire their post-shock growth.
